Hi, I’m Kalli!
Owner and Lead Therapist of The Little Sound Box
My full name is Kalliopi, but you can call me Kalli for short!
From a young girl, I developed a passion for working with little ones, but most importantly, striving to help find their voice. After receiving my Master’s Degree from New York University and state licensure, I went on to work with the pediatric population.
After working in various settings, I began to feel the quality of therapy quickly diminish and noticed each client was not receiving the optimal treatment considered necessary for success.
From there, I was always determined to provide boutique-style services to my clients, which led me to create The Little Sound Box.

Our Services
We’re here to support you with any concerns about your child’s speech and language development. If you’re unsure whether your child is meeting milestones, we offer quick screenings to help identify any potential delays. Based on the results, we’ll either recommend keeping an eye on progress or suggest a full evaluation if needed.
Screening
We offer a full diagnostic evaluation tailored to your child’s needs. This includes standardized tests, informal observations, and a review of background information. After the evaluation, we’ll meet with you to go over the results and discuss your child’s strengths and areas for growth. If therapy is recommended, we’ll create a personalized treatment plan to support their development.
Evaluation
We create custom treatment plans tailored to each child’s unique needs, interests, and goals. Our team works with a variety of speech and language challenges, including childhood apraxia of speech (CAS), articulation and phonological disorders, receptive and expressive language delays, and social communication (pragmatic) difficulties. We specialize in pediatric speech sound disorders and are trained in PROMPT therapy.
Treatment
We believe in empowering families through education and support. We work closely with parents to share strategies that help children use their new skills in everyday situations. By practicing in their natural environment, like home or school, these skills become part of your child’s daily routine. That’s when real, lasting progress happens!
